They explained the importance of the government partnering with universities and the private sector for research and development, as well as working with foreign allies to establish standards and regulations. Secretary Raimondo also talked about the Biden administration's latest work on AI, such as using the Defense Production Act to know more about large language models and to strengthen national security.
